In preparation for our discussion, think about the following:

  • Cloud visibility is on a continuum. For purposes of monitoring and incident response, what’s easy to see and what’s not? 
  • In a rush to go to the cloud, what are the question should you be asking in terms security and visibility? Are the two sometimes fighting against each other?
  • What are some of the cloud technologies that make incident response more difficult?
  • How do you deal with transient cloud environments?
  • What are some of the situations where you need to conduct cloud forensics?
  • How can we use technology to close the skills gap that is needed to conduct cloud forensics?

It all starts at 1 PM Eastern/10 AM Pacific. At the end of the hour [2 PM Eastern/11 AM Pacific] we’ll switch gears to our meetup where everyone will get a chance to chat face to face.
